| Analyses of Hengda Phenomenon have been made by people of all walks of life. The success of the Hengda Football Club is mainly attributed to the capital investment, staffing and strict management. The result of the study reveals that the analysis of Hengda Phenomenon does not only suggests the input of the superficial elements, but also the resources of the elements. Besides, Hengda stands for a universal phenomenon of the professional sports clubs affiliated to enterprises. It is meaningful to establish good relationship between the club and the enterprise. Therefore, the article focuses on the operation of the professional football clubs from the aspect of corporate governance. |
