| 通过文献资料法、比较分析法等，对我国体育社团实现可持续发展的“内生动力”进行研究，其结果表明：对我国体育社团进行角色定位，大力培养体育社团发展的内生动力，不仅仅是快速提升我国体育社团的服务职能、社会效用以及社团会员满意度的关键所在，更是真正实现我国体育社团自主管理、独立发展，贯彻执行服务性社会最直接有效的途径。 |

| By the ways of literature review and comparative analysis, this paper studies the internal impetus of the sustainable development of Chinese sports associations. The result indicates that defining the role of Chinese sports associations and cultivating their internal impetus are not only the key to fast improve the sports associations’ service function, social utility and member satisfaction degrees, but also a direct and effective way for truly realizing the associations’ self-management, independent development and implementing a service-oriented society. |
