体育法学学科的不断发展和成熟离不开其学科建设。虽然我国的体育法学研究在近30年来取得了长足发展，但在体育法学学科建设方面还存在许多问题，一些基础理论问题没有引起足够的重视，这将严重制约我国体育法学的发展和进步。本文对体育法学学科建设中的几个基础理论问题进行了初步探讨，从提出问题的角度以引起研究者的深入思考，为夯实体育法学研究基础添砖加瓦。

The continuous development and mature of sports law discipline are inseparable to sports law discipline construction.
