| The article introduces several methods of real-time monitoring in cycling training,including using WATTBIKE, a multiple function bicycle,which provides accurately real-time feedback of physiological and biomechanical parameters of each pedaling, using large treadmill for the training of speed control technique for time trial and using Polar Team2 Pro Set for the real-time monitoring of heart rate in the training of group event. |
