| Taking Shanghai public sports facilities as the subjects and by the methods of questionnaire, interview and literature study, the paper studies the perceived image and satisfaction of the public toward the sports facilities. It puts forward suggestions on the construction and management of the hardware and software facilities of the public stadiums. Research investigations were made of the intuitive feelings of the public toward the position and site selection of Shanghai public sports facilities, evaluation of the stadium facilities, evaluation of the supporting facilities inside the stadiums, the impression of the supporting facilities around the stadiums, the operation process of the stadiums, the service level of the stadium and the overall impression of the stadium management system. The result shows that people are satisfied with the site selection, environment, traffic, supporting facilities, service attitude and service efficiency. Suggestions are put forward for strengthening the promotion of the public sports facilities, enhancing the level of the facilities both inside and outside the stadiums and improving the service level. |
