      惊跳反射是动物及人类在进化过程中应对意外刺激或遇到险情时的一种避险保护反应,具有重要的生物学意义,由于其对刺激的高敏感性以及测量过程中无创伤、非侵入性的优点,常常被用作神经生物学的研究指标作为中枢神经系统活动的重要表征。文章主要介绍听觉眨眼反射(acoustic eyeblink startle , ASER)技术的基本原理、实验设计以及方法学的特点,并对ASER技术在锻炼心理学中的应用进行了综述,并指出采用这一技术时需要注意的问题。
英文摘要:
      Startle reflex(SR), as a kind of protective reflex by animals and human beings to avoid potential dangers in the exposure to unexpected stimulus or danger, has an important biological significance. Because of its advantages of high sensitivity, non-injury and non-invasion, Startle reflex is often used as an important neurobiological indicator of the activities of central nervous system. The paper mainly describes the basic principle, experimental design and methodological characteristics of acoustic eye-blink startle ( ASER) and its application in exercise psychology. It points out the problems that need to be paid attention to in using the technology.
