      体育领域性骚扰是一种性别歧视,可以具体区分为条件交换型性骚扰和敌意环境型性骚扰。美国主要通过1964年《民权法案》第7章和1972年《教育法》修正案第9章对体育领域性骚扰进行规制。美国最高法院通过判例形成了体育领域性骚扰的认定标准,并且明确了性骚扰案件中雇主责任的适用情形。
英文摘要:
      Sexual harassment in the sports field is a kind of sexual discrimination. It can be divided into quid pro quo sexual harassment and hostile environment sexual harassment. Part 7 of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Part 9 of the Education Amendments of 1972 are applied for the sexual harassment in sports field in USA. Standards for the sexual harassment in sports field have been formed by the US Supreme Court through the sentenced cases. The applicable situations of employer’s liability in the case of sexual harassment have also been defined.
