| By the methods of literature study and expert interview, the article analyses the current development and the existing problems of the sports tourism industry in China on the basis of its generation and development. Meanwhile, based on the review of the relevant policies, the article suggests the way for the development of sports tourism industry in China, i.e., strengthening the stipulation of the national policies and plans for the development, establishing special management and coordination agencies, consolidating the theoretical basis of sports tourism, forming an effective investment and financing mechanism, paying attention to talent cultivation, etc. |
