| 研究目的：对上海市和台北市市民运动中心建设规划的比较，找出两地运动中心建设规划的异同，加强两地相互了解、相互学习，优势互补。采用文献资料法，对比分析法对上海市市民健身中心和台北市市民运动中心建设规划进行对比分析。结果表明：上海市市民健身中心的建设启动时间比台北市市民运动中心晚，但规划建设场馆更多，建设规划周期短。台北市民运动中心的运动场地更加丰富多样，相关的配套设施与服务更加完善。 |

| The study aims to find out the similarities and differences in construction planning of sports centers for citizens in Shanghai and Taipei so as to promote mutual understanding, learning from each other and complementary advantages. Using literature consultation method and comparison analysis method, the paper makes a comparison analysis of construction planning of sports centers for citizens in Shanghai and Taipei. The results demonstrate that sports centers for citizens in Shanghai started later than those in Taipei but boast more planned venues and shorter construction planning periods, while sports centers for citizens in Taipei have a wider variety of sports fields, more complete supporting facilities and better services. |
