      采用文献资料法、专家访问法、实验对比法、数理统计法等对12名青少运动员进行8周不同借力推方法的训练,对影响上挺能力的预蹲制动加速度、上挺发力加速度、上挺专项成绩等进行分析与比较,探究不同负荷借力推对于青少年上挺能力的训练作用,为今后的上挺训练提供依据。

      Using the methods of literature consultation, expert interview, experimental comparison and mathematical statistics, 8-week leveraging training was organized for 12 teenage athletes. Data were collected before and after the training for analysis and comparison. The data include squatting braking acceleration which affects jerk ability, jerk pull acceleration, special jerk performance,etc. The aim is to explore the actual function of different-load leveraging push in improving young weightlifters' jerk ability so as to provide reference for the jerk training in future.
