| 运用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法，对2016宁波山地马拉松的参赛者的性别、年龄、收入、学历等基本特征、参赛者参与赛事的情况和各类服务进行调查，探讨宁波山地马拉松参赛者基本情况、满意度及发展对策，并将部分指标与2015年的赛事进行对比。研究认为，未来宁波山地马拉松赛事应注重赛道设置的安全性和科学性；细化赛事服务，注重参赛者需求；加强官方网站的建设和志愿者资源信息整合；开发赛事衍生产品形成品牌效应，带动当地旅游业发展。 |

| Using the methods of documentary study, interview and questionnaire, the researchers investigated the gender, age, income and educational background of the participants of Ningbo Mountain Marathon 2016 as well as the event conditions and the various services in order to discuss the competitor's general information, the degree of satisfaction and development plans. Some indices are compared with those of the event in 2015. The research shows that in future, the event organizers should pay more attention to safety and scientificity of track planning, improve event services and pay attention to participants' requirements. They should strengthen the construction of the official website and integrate the information of volunteer resources. The event derivative products should be developed so as to form brand effect and accelerate the boom of local tourist industry. |
