| Based on the related concepts of community sports teams, this paper expounds the organization and operation of community sports teams by taking a number of community sports teams in Shanghai as the research subjects. It discusses the role of community sports teams in grass-root social governance, which is mainly reflected in five aspects, i.e., to meet the social needs of people for participating in group activities, to promote harmony of the teams, to enhance community residents' social identity, to help the emergence of the team leaders and to improve the awareness of serving the society. |
