      消费是体育产业发展的主要推动力,上海要在2025年基本建成全球著名体育城市,培育国际知名的体育消费中心是其中的重要一环。近几年,上海体育消费在政策红利的加持下量级提升,结构渐趋优化,但仍面临长期“事业化办体”的氛围下体育消费发展受抑制、市民体育消费培育不充分与全球消费吸引不足的矛盾并存、体育消费缺失版权交易等瓶颈。未来,上海可通过鼓励市民养成终身运动习惯来培养体育消费受众,通过加速发展职业体育来牵引体育消费量级,用多业态融合发展来优化体育消费环境,以开放的布局思路来拓宽体育消费市场。进一步释放体育消费潜力,让体育消费成为推动上海高质量发展的新增长点,并助力创造高品质生活。
英文摘要:
      Consumption is the main driving force for the development of the sports industry. To forge an international sports consumer center is a significant part of building Shanghai into a world famous sports city by 2025. With the support of policy dividends in recent years, Shanghai sports consumption has increased in magnitude, and its structure is gradually optimized. But Shanghai sports consumption encounters the following bottlenecks: the restriction of sports consumption development by the long-term "government-led" system, the coexisting contradictions of inadequate development of citizen sports consumption and a lack of global consumption attraction, a lack of copyright transaction in sports consumption. In the future, Shanghai can draw in sports consumers by encouraging citizens to develop lifelong exercise habits, upgrade sports consumption by accelerating the development of professional sports, optimize the sports consumption environment by integrating the development of multiple business forms, and expand the sports market with an open layout. Meanwhile tap the potential to make sports consumption a new growth point to promote the high-quality development of Shanghai and to help create a quality life.
