近年来我国对于体育产业的发展愈发重视，在经济发展的大背景下，我国将体育产业的发展作为中国经济稳步向前的重要路径之一。作为体育产业发展宏观层面的干预方式，近年来一系列扶持、促进与激励性体育产业政策相继出台，促进我国体育产业进入快速发展阶段。在现有的政策环境下，把握体育产业政策的演变趋势和特征，可为体育产业发展创造更加完善的政策环境。以2012—2019年我国体育产业政策文件作为研究对象，运用内容分析法、文献分析法、数理统计法、社会网络分析法等，采用ROSTCM6文本挖掘软件对政策文本进行量化分析，通过提取共现主题词，进行矩阵分析和描述性分析，并对政策文本内容进行详细分析，总结近年来我国体育产业政策的演变趋势与特征。

英文摘要:

In recent years, China has increasingly attached importance to the development of sports industry. Under the background of economic development, China takes the development of sports industry as one of the important paths for China's industry to move forward steadily. The sports industry policy is a macro level intervention for the development of sports industry. A series of support, promotion and incentive policies issued over the last few years has promoted the rapid development of sports industry in China. Under the current policy, understanding the development trend and characteristics of sports industry policy can create a better policy environment for the development of sports industry. This paper takes China's sports industry policy documents from 2012 to 2019 as the research texts, uses methods like content analysis, literature analysis, mathematical statistics, social network analysis, as well as ROSTCM6 text mining software to conduct quantitative analysis on the texts, to extract the co-occurrence keywords, to carry out matrix analysis and descriptive analysis, and to analyze the text contents in detail, so as to summarize the development trend and characteristics of the sports industry policy in China in recent years.
