      This paper studies the postgame operation of the 2006 Germany World Cup Stadiums with the methods of literature review, case analysis and so on. The experiences of stadiums postgame operation mainly include using existing stadiums to renovate the stadiums after the matches, relying on professional clubs to promote postgame operation, developing multiple functions of the stadiums to enrich the service contents of the stadiums, actively developing intangible assets to broaden the income channels of the stadiums, implementing intelligent upgrading to enhance the user experience of the stadiums, practicing the concept of green development to promote the sustainable development of the stadiums. The inspirations for the postgame operation of Chinese courses are as follows, to optimize the pregame functional design and actively implement the transformation after the game, to encourage clubs to participate in the operation of the stadium and improve the postgame utilization of the stadium, to promote diversified operations to enhance course profitability, to fully develop intangible assets and increase the revenue of the stadium, to create a smart stadium and enhance the operational efficiency of the stadium, to implement sustainable operation and promote the green development of the stadium.
