This study analyzes the kinematic characteristics of Olympic parallel bars champion Zou Jingyuan's basket with turn to handstand during the National Gymnastics Championships. Through 3D video analysis and 3D virtual reality technology, data on Zou Jingyuan's movements were collected and analyzed. The results show clear changes in center of gravity velocity and joint angles at each stage, but the handstand was not fully achieved, indicating room for improvement. The study indicates that although Zou Jingyuan's performance level is very high, there is a need to further enhance the coordination of the hip and shoulder joints during the upswing and turn phases and to optimize the center of gravity trajectory to improve movement completion and stability. |
