| 大型体育赛事在提升城市发展能级等方面具有显著的综合效应。基于国内外的相关研究成果，从城市经济发展、软实力增强、形象塑造和治理水平提升等维度对大型体育赛事综合效应的内涵及其具体表现进行综述分析。在此基础上，通过剖析由上海马拉松、上海赛艇公开赛和上海帆船公开赛构成的赛事“三上”品牌，审视实现大型体育赛事综合效应的意义、经验和掣肘因素。研究认为，随着城市与赛事的融合加深，推动体育融入城市生产、生活和生态，面临着赛事能级、产业融合、推广网络和可持续发展等方面的掣肘因素。面向全球著名体育城市的建设目标，实现大型体育赛事综合效应的优化策略包括：完善赛事体系，提升赛事能级；健全长效机制，深化融合发展；构建传播网络，强化海外推广；加强规划评估，推动可持续发展。 |

| Major sporting events have significant comprehensive effects in enhancing urban development capabilities. Drawing on relevant research findings from domestic and international studies, this paper provides a review and analysis of the implications and specific manifestations of the comprehensive effects of major sporting events from the perspectives of urban economic development, soft power enhancement, image building, and governance improvement. The paper then examines the implications, experiences, and constraints of realizing the comprehensive effects of major sporting events through an analysis of Shanghai's "Three Top" event brands, including the Shanghai Marathon,the Shanghai Rowing Open, and the Shanghai Sailing Open. The study suggests that with the deep integration of cities and sporting events, promoting the incorporation of sports into urban production, daily life, and ecology faces constraints such as event scale, industrial integration, promotion networks, and sustainable development. The optimization strategies for achieving the comprehensive effects of major sporting events towards the goal of building a globally renowned sports city include improving the competition system to expand the event hierarchy; establishing long-term mechanisms to deepen integrated development; building communication networks to strengthen overseas promotion; enhancing planning and evaluation to drive sustainable development. |
