      围绕上海市中小学体育教师的专项调研数据,对中小学体育教师队伍的现状进行分析,上海在取得显著成绩的同时也存在体育教师工作内容多、“唯运动技能”的职业评价价值取向、专业发展方向不够明确等问题,通过对中外体育师资队伍建设进行比较,提出六大对策建议。
英文摘要:
      The article analyzes the status quo of the PE teachers in middle and primary schools according to the special survey data in Shanghai. The result reveals that great achievements have been made in Shanghai. But there exist the problems such as the overload work of the PE teachers, the value orientation of "sport skills only" in profession evaluation and the uncertainty of professional development.Suggestions are put forward through the comparison between the training of the Chinese and Foreign PE Teachers.
