      采用调查法、实验法和数理化分析的方法,对在普通高中体育教学中实施踏板操教学进行分析探讨。研究表明:进行踏板操教学在激发学生学习体育的兴趣、培养良好的审美能力、锻炼发展身体素质、提高自编自创以及社会交往能力方面收效显著。
英文摘要:
      By the methods of investigation, experiment and mathematical data analysis, the article focuses on including step aerobics in PE teaching in high schools. The result shows that step aerobics may arouse students' interest in PE learning, help them form good aesthetic judgment, develop their physical quality and improve their ability of choreography and social communication.
