      主要采用问卷调查法、实验法、数量统计法,对异步教学法在普通高校体育院(系)健美操普修教学中的实施做了实验研究,结果表明:1)实施异步教学能有效提高学生学习动机水平,有利于培养学生的自信心。2)实施异步教学能提高学生的乐感、协调性、表现力、身体姿态等方面的专业素质。3)实施异步教学能大幅提高学生健美操普修学习成绩。
英文摘要:
      Adopting the methods of questionnaire, experiment and statistics, the author made an experiment study on applying asynchronous teaching method to aerobics teaching in PE institutes. The result shows the following:1) Asynchronous teaching method can improve students?learning motivation and build up their self-confidence.2) Asynchronous teaching method can improve students?professional quality, such as sense of music, coordination, performance, posture, etc.3)Asynchronous teaching method can improve the results of students?learning aerobics.
